All Rich Honey Lashes orders will come with tracking, and all parcels will be dispatched within 48 business hours of being placed excluding public holidays and busy seasons.
Rich Honey Lashes utilise both Australia Post and Sendle for shipping orders;
Express orders are shipped via Australia Post within the same packing and dispatching time frame stated above, Australia Post usually take 1-2 business days for delivery - Rich Honey Lashes do not take fault for late delivery. 
Standard post orders will take anywhere between 2-5+ business days depending on your area and what courier is used for the shipping of your order. 
Shipments are not processed during the weekends, Australian public holidays (Qld).  Shipping sometimes may take longer due to weather circumstances.
Please note; the number of delivery attempts vary from 1-2 so please be aware that any misplaced items or lost parcels are at your own risk and fault.
In the event that you have written the wrong delivery address, unfortunately we cannot do anything about this once your parcel has left our warehouse and take no liability for this. If your parcel has been marked as delivered but not yet received on your end, you must put through a complaint via the information given in your dispatch email referencing your parcel with the tracking number provided.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. The lash style I am after is out of stock, when will it be restocked? A. We restock styles every 6-8 weeks after they've sold out, sometimes this takes longer as our lashes are hand made, we appreciate your patience.

 

Q. Where is my order ? A. Your order is packed within 48 hours business hours of being placed, it is then dispatched through a delivery courier, it then takes how ever many days it does for the shipping option you chose (please see above shipping times). Please refrain from emailing us regarding your order until the delivery time has exceeded and please use your tracking number provided in your dispatch email.

 

Q. My order is wrong, can i get this fixed ? A. Absolutely! Once you realise your order is in correct please send us an email via richhhoneylashes@gmail.com with a photo of what you received along with your invoice (within 12 hours of receiving your order), we will fix this issue up for you as soon as possible.

 

Q. My order is damaged, can i get this fixed ? A. Once you discover your item has been damaged please send us an email straight away (within 12 hours of receiving your item) we will then assess whether our packaging is responsible for the damage and possibly refund or replace the item.

 

Q. Can I have a discount code ? A. Please be sure to follow us on our social media pages to be notified of our random discount codes, we do not just give out codes.

 

Q. Can my beauty business become a stockist for Rich Honey Lashes? A. Yes, absolutely, please email us directly at richhoneylashes@gmail.com

 

Q. Will my picture get featured on your social media if i take a photo of/with them? A. Yes, we love our customers and the support we receive and enjoy re-posting your pictures on our walls & stories. 

 

Q. I've opened my lashes but changed my mind, can i return them ? A. Unfortunately we do not accept opened returns by any means as this is a health and hygiene concern once the package has been opened. 

 

Q. Do you still have brand ambassador codes? A. No, unfortunately we do not do brand ambassador codes, however we do have a MUA program in place.

 

Q. I can't find a certain lash style on your website, will it be restocked? A. Rich Honey bring in many styles and sometimes they are not restocked. If the lash style you are looking for is not on the website chances are that we currently do not have stock of that lash style.
